 Milstead Construction Earns 12^th Consecutive Safety Leadership Award

Dayton, Virginia – August 26, 2016 – Milstead Construction has been presented the Safety Leadership Award by Commonwealth Contractors (CCGSIA), the fourth largest writer of workers’ compensation in Virginia.  This award is presented to companies that have successfully completed a period of at least one plan year without incurring an occupational injury or illness that resulted in a compensable workers’ compensation claim.

Dayton, Virginia – 2001 – Dave and Judy Milstead of Milstead Construction in Dayton (Virginia) have received the Team Effort Award for Top 10 Builders from Apex Homes. 

The Pennsylvania-based home manufacturer presents the awards for outstanding achievement in sales and customer service.  Milstead's sales placed it among the top 10 builders in their total market area for 2001.  Apex has 250 builders from Maine to South Carolina.
